Subscription Policy
Types of Subscriptions: Sanad Quran Platform offers monthly subscriptions that provide users with access to all features and services of the platform during the specified subscription period.
Payment: Subscription payments are made monthly via electronic payment methods on the platform (Visa – MasterCard).
Access to Services: After completing the payment process, users can access all services available to subscribers on the platform.
Cancellation Policy
User’s Right to Cancel: Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time they wish. No refund will be provided for the paid amount.
Cancellation Method: Users can cancel their subscription by:
1. Logging into their personal account: Users should follow the steps outlined on the personal account page to cancel the subscription.

Effective Date of Cancellation: The subscription will be canceled at the end of the current term and will not be automatically renewed. Users will continue to have access to services until the end of the current term.

Installment Policy
First Installment (50%): Paid after the first 40 sessions (50% of 80 sessions). This covers the first half of the program.
Second Installment (25%): Paid after the next 20 sessions (25% of 80 sessions). This covers the third quarter of the program.
Final Installment (25%): Paid after the last 20 sessions (remaining 25% of 80 sessions). This covers the final quarter of the program.
Refund Policy
In case of installment payments and the subscription is canceled, the user is not required to pay the next installment.
