Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Sand Platform for the Holy Quran
Introduction
This subscription, cancellation and refund policy aims to clarify the terms and conditions of subscribing to the Sand Platform services, and inform users of all rights and responsibilities related to the subscription, in addition to the refund policy in the event of cancellation of the subscription or dissatisfaction with the service.
Subscription Policy
Types of subscriptions: Sand Platform offers monthly subscriptions that provide the user with access to all the features and services of the platform during the specified subscription period.
Payment: The subscription is paid monthly via electronic payment on the platform (Visa – MasterCard)
Access to services: After completing the payment process, the user can access all the platform services available to subscribers.
Cancellation Policy
The user’s right to cancel: The user has the right to cancel his subscription at any time he wishes, as the amount paid to the user will not be returned.
Cancellation Method: The user can cancel his subscription by:
Login to the personal account: The user follows the steps shown on the personal account page to cancel the subscription.
Contact the support team: The user can contact the customer support team via [[email protected]] to request cancellation of the subscription.
Cancellation Effective Time: The subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current Khatmah, and will not be automatically renewed. The user will continue to receive the services until the end of the current Khatmah.
No Refund: Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be given to any prepaid amounts after renewing the subscription.
Installment Policy
First installment (50%): Paid after the first 40 sessions (50% of 80 sessions). This covers the first half of the program.
Second installment (25%): Paid after the next 20 sessions (25% of 80 sessions). This covers the third quarter of the program.
Final installment (25%): Paid after the last 20 sessions (the remaining 25% of 80 sessions). This covers the final quarter of the program.
Refund Policy
In case of installment and cancellation of the subscription, the next installment is not required
Important Notes
Non-refund of additional fees: Additional fees, such as transaction fees or other service fees, are not refunded.
Other Policies:
Personal Data: When canceling the subscription, the user’s personal data will be deleted in accordance with the platform’s privacy policy.
